Strongsville, OH (July 28, 2020) – Union Home Mortgage announced today an expansion of its corporate headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio adding a third building to its corporate campus and making way for the creation of 450 new jobs in a variety of career fields supporting the independent mortgage banking company. Union Home expects construction of the new facility to be completed by summer 2021.

Union Home Mortgage is a licensed independent mortgage banker in 44 states and the District of Columbia. The company has grown its loan production from just over $1.5 billion in 2015 to more than $6 billion today. The company calls its more than 1,300 employees ‘Partners’, to signify the deep cooperation and teamwork embedded in its culture.

The new corporate facility will increase the size of its Strongsville campus to more than 120,000 square feet. The building will feature amenities including an onsite gym and cafeteria and will have dedicated space for corporate trainings and ongoing education for its Partners locally, as well as virtually across their national footprint. This new dedicated education center will provide extensive training and help further develop the career paths of its more than 1,300 Partners nationwide.
