Hello! My name is Mitchell Severance and I am a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer at Union Home Mortgage. I have been originating loans for more than 9 years and I have built a team dedicated to providing our clients with a world class customer service, and loan experience. Not only am I licensed in the state of Ohio, I am licensed in South Carolina, and North Carolina as well. We enjoy helping our clients who want to relocate to a warmer climate!
I love working with all buyers whether you are buying your first home or your last. Either way it is important for us to answer all of your questions in regards to purchasing a home. I am grateful for the opportunity to educate and coach you through the mortgage loan process. We offer traditional mortgage products, such as Conventional, FHA, VA, & USDA loans. We have some great down payment assistance programs as well as Conventional and FHA renovation loans. If you don’t want to buy an existing property, and are looking to build your dream home, we can help with this too! With Conventional, FHA, or VA construction program’s we have plenty of options for you to choose from!
Ok, that is enough about mortgage loans. Let me tell you a little bit about me. I’ve lived my whole life in central Ohio, and am blessed to have a home on Buckeye Lake with my Beautiful wife Caylee and daughters Payslee and Vivee. We love spending our free time together boating on the lake. We also love traveling to Hilton Head Island for our yearly family vacation, as well as my daughters all-time favorite Disney World. Not only am I grateful for my wonderful family, I am also grateful for the opportunity to help others achieve the dream of homeownership.
