William (Bill) Keathley began his mortgage career in 1997 as a loan originator and has since been involved as a Broker/Owner, operations manager, and loan closer. He is currently serving as Producing Loan Officer Assistant on Team Copeland at Union Home Mortgage. Bill is a U.S. Air Force veteran and was awarded Airman of the Year for the 3345th Resource Management Group at Chanute Air Force Base for 1977.
Bill is married to his beautiful wife Daena who is also employed in the industry as a level 3 underwriter for a major U.S. bank. Bill enjoys spending time with his two children and 4 grandchildren. His spare time is consumed as a volunteer researcher/tour guide at Bellefontaine Cemetery and Arboretum in St. Louis, Missouri, and is currently writing a book on steamboat captains buried at the cemetery. Bill’s greatest joy, professionally speaking, is seeing the joy on the faces of his first-time homebuyers and always goes the extra mile to make the mortgage loan process go as smoothly as possible.
