With 22 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping countless clients navigate the home financing process with confidence. My journey began in 2003 in Portland, OR, where I worked with seven different lenders before moving to Idaho in 2012. In 2023, I proudly joined Union Home Mortgage, bringing my expertise and passion for lending to a company that aligns with my values.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona, but my path to mortgage lending was anything but traditional. I started my career in the insurance industry as a sales rep for group benefits. After being downsized, I found myself searching for the next step. A close friend and former rugby teammate, who owned a mortgage company, encouraged me to give lending a try. With support from another friend and branch manager, KC Gleason, I took the leap—and the rest is history.
Over the years, I’ve developed a specialty in investment properties, construction lending of all types, and first-time homebuyers. I believe that no two clients are the same, and there is no one-size-fits-all mortgage solution. By taking the time to understand each client’s unique financial goals, I can guide them toward the best lending options and act as a trusted financial consultant throughout the process.
Beyond my career, I am deeply committed to giving back to my community. I actively support Cole Valley Christian Schools and Africa Bright Future Ministries, where I have been sponsoring children in Rwanda for the past 13 years. I also have a passion for youth sports and dedicate my time to coaching and officiating rugby for Rocky Rugby and TOA Select Sides.
Outside of work and community involvement, I enjoy playing rugby, skiing, golfing, and spending time in the great outdoors. Whether I’m helping a client secure their dream home or mentoring young athletes, I strive to make a lasting impact.
