Born and raised in Greensboro, North Carolina, Eric Moser has been serving homebuyers and investors in the North Carolina Triad area since 2000. He always does his best for people, no matter who they are or what their financial situation is.

He also assists many clients who purchase luxury listings and clients building new homes. “I lay out the expectations in the beginning, offer two or three options, and allow the customer to pick the option that best fits their needs,” says Eric. “To be compliant and ethical, I’m big on recommending home inspections to make sure the house is sound and in good condition.”
Eric works with a lot of first-time homebuyers. “I feel that it’s very important to explain the process, explain what their payments will be, explain the taxes and insurance, and help them understand which loan option is best for them,” he says. “If it’s not good, I explain why it’s not a good fit.”
He often guides clients through the process of improving their credit. “Getting someone ‘purchase ready’ so they can purchase a house is very gratifying because you’ve taken them from a ‘No’ to a ‘Yes’,” Eric says.
