After graduating from University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Allison Franklin Terrell drew maps for a surveyor, where she got to witness realtors and developers first-hand. Her love for helping people drew her out of the behind-the-scenes business and into the world of mortgage, and she hasn’t looked back since. For more than two decades, Allison has been motivated by the thrill of getting first-time buyers into their first homes and building close relationships with returning clients. Allison joined Union Home Mortgage because of its teamwork, partnership and open communication, and she passes those values onto her clients every chance she has. “I love helping people,” she says, “And what better way than helping with the biggest investment of their lives.”

Allison is an active member in the Alamance-Caswell Builders Association and a past recipient of their Spike Award and a two-time recipient of their Associate of the Year Award. She is also a past recipient of the Associate of the Year Award for the Burlington Alamance Country Realtor Association.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys reading, spending time with her husband and stepson, and cheering on the Wolfpack at NC State football games.
