Scott has been in the mortgage industry as an originator since 2000 and has a passion for helping his customers discover all the loan options and programs available to them. He has been a President’s Club award winner and a Golden Hammer Construction Loan award winner throughout his career. He loves working with first-time homebuyers, veterans, and local builder partners and helping buyers obtain construction loans.
When he isn’t closing loans, Scott is also a championship-winning boys high school basketball coach in the Tampa Bay area. He loves working with and mentoring young men and helping them learn how to work with others and understand the values of teamwork and a solid work ethic. Scott and his wife, Jocelyn, have been married since 2000 and have two sons, Noah and Carter, and a friendly yellow labrador retriever named Henry.
Scott is very active in the community, at the church he attends, and in the fitness & recreation world. He is a sports fanatic and loves the Florida State Seminoles, Tampa Bay Bucs, and Cleveland Browns. One of his favorite hobbies is baking desserts, specifically various flavors of sugar cookies. The top-secret recipe is shared with no one, including family members, but the cookies are available to anyone who wants them!
