James really made sure I was getting the best possible situation out of my refinance by offering solutions to fix my credit and pay off my credit card before the refinance. This helped so much because it gave me the best shot at going from an FHA loan to a conventional loan. Instead of just pushing my refinance along, he cared about me as a person which made the experience so much better. Everything went faster and more efficient than I expected and I couldn’t be happier with having James as a loan officer
