We've never built a house before, so a construction to permanent loan was foreign to us. Joy was incredibly helpful and was on top of everything every step of the way. She communicated with us and was really responsive to questions. The process was so smooth. If we had to do it all over again, we'd definitely choose Joy Anderson and UHM again.
