More than an intern
As a L.E.A.D. intern, you'll work hard, have fun and gain real-world skills that will help you to take on the world. Our interns are treated like full-time Partners, working 40 hours a week, earning competitive compensation, and making an impact throughout the 3-month summer program. You'll be based at our Strongsville, Ohio headquarters, where opportunity and growth go hand in hand.
