Working with Carl and Jill was an incredible experience. Carl knew the business and Jill was awesome to work with and provided information quickly and kept us updated on the process regularly. Any delays and new items required by the lenders was passed on to us quickly so we could get them taken care of. We feel like a 32 day closing was good for an FHA loan, in spite of some last minute inspections lender required. Overall, it was a great experience working with Carl and his team, and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a home or property.

I will be sending everyone I know who needs a mortgage loan to Carl and his team. They were the embodiment of "southern hospitality" all along the way. To be treated with such warmth, kindness and respect all along the way was truly impactful to me. I never just felt like a "customer." I felt like a valued friend with a team of folks who were all working hard to bring about the best outcome for me. For example, Carl sat on the phone with me for over a half hour one night just looking at the pictures of my home on Zillow and expressing genuine excitement about it while letting me bounce design ideas off of him. You just don't find that most places! I will never forget how wonderful this team made this process, and they will be my choice for any home loan I need to do moving forward.

I mentioned it before and I ment what I said. The whole team; Carl Douglas, Jill Clifton, and John Bagby, went out of their way on several occasions to make sure I had everything I needed. I made quite a few mistakes what with this being my first home perchase; in spite of that, the team always knew what to do. The house I got is a least three to four times larger than the condo I was going to settle for. During the closing they made a point of checking on me after the fact as well. The whole team is both gifted and patient. Given my lack of experience; the teams decerning eye for detail, and past experience was a great comfort throughout the whole process.
